About Alejandro's Career

Alejandro took the Law Preview class in 2003 before starting his 1L year at Harvard Law. After graduating from Harvard in 2006, Alejandro was admitted to practice law in the State of California and joined Kirkland's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on the tax aspects of complex business transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, recapitalizations and debt and equity restructurings. Alejandro has extensive experience with formulating executive compensation arrangements and has assisted in the formation of, and provided counsel to, non-profit organizations.
