About Dimitri's Legal Career

Dimitri attended Law Preview in 2002 before beginning his first-year at New York University School of Law. Immediately after graduation, he clerked for the Hon. Theodore McKee, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Dimitri is now an associate at Vinson & Elkins where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of disputes, including copyright and trademark infringement, cybersquatting, false and deceptive advertising, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, professional malpractice, and tortious interference. He has significant experience counseling clients on electronic discovery matters. Dimitri also has trial experience as both plaintiff and defendant in state and federal court, including first-chairing a state court landlord-tenant action that led to a favorable settlement for his client after presentation of the client's case.

Law Preview Student Testimonials

Law Preview was a tremendous help to my performance in law school. Confidence is a key predictor of law school success. As a 1L, Law Preview gave me that confidence. I walked into my first class that year with the confidence that I knew how to read a case, how to outline, and how to take a law school exam. That confidence permitted me to ignore the chattering and mind games amongst my classmates, and focus solely on executing the plan provided to me by the excellent instructors at Law Preview.
