About Glen's Legal Career

Glen attended Law Preview in 2005 before beginning his first-year at the University of Texas School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. He joined Vinson & Elkins immediately upon graduation and, in 2012, left V&E to help establish a public finance practice at Bracewell & Giuliani.

Glen has assisted cities and municipal instrumentalities with issuing obligations of varying complexity including general obligation, refunding, and revenue bonds and certificates of obligation. He has also assisted in conduit financing transactions involving nonprofit and for-profit corporations and worked with clients to ensure their compliance with borrower, issuer, and underwriter disclosure requirements.
